The Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of three new shareholders and Associates as of 16 March 2023.
Taylor Conway, Jeremy Hofland and Gavin Tucker will join company Directors Rod Dixon, George Hajigabriel and Greg Rowe as shareholders to lead the continued growth of our trading entities Rowe Group, Rowe Group Design and Proven Project Management.
Gavin is a qualified Project Director who has been working within the construction industry for over 15 years across multiple sectors including retail, commercial, residential, industrial and government projects. Gavin’s experience ranges from start-up, including project definition and feasibility, through to project completion which has enabled Gavin to gain valuable experience across all aspects of project management. He is a confident leader and is consistently motivated by new challenges.
Jeremy is an experienced Principal Town Planner with expertise which includes multi-storey residential, commercial, mixed use and industrial developments. Jeremy works with public and private sector clients to facilitate a broad range of planning due diligence, development approvals, structure planning, amendments to regional and local planning schemes, subdivision and strategic advisory roles.
Taylor is a Senior Project Manager within Proven Project Management. He is a qualified Urban Planner with significant industry experience in both project management and urban planning disciplines. Taylor is a client-focused project manager who is motivated, time-efficient and offers strong leadership with an excellent ability to deliver quality projects on time and on budget. He brings client-side private sector development management experience to the consulting team and has an extensive understanding of civil construction and land development management.
