Amy and Laura have been elevated from Assistant Project Managers to Project Managers. While in the early stages of their careers in Project Management, both Laura and Amy have demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, strong organisational qualities, and the ability to manage their own projects confidently and independently across our Land and Education portfolios.
Having only joined Proven PM early in 2023, Rachel has swiftly been elevated from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager. Rachel has consistently shown her ability to navigate complex project issues, adapt to frequently evolving project requirements, and has made a significant impact on our team dynamic in a short period of time.
Already playing a key role in the internal management of our team, and leading our Land Development portfolio, Taylor has been elevated from Senior Project Manager to Project Director. Taylor demonstrates exemplary leadership qualities, provides strong internal guidance to our team, and continues to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
