From a strategic initiative in 2015 with just 4 PMs, Proven Project Management now leads major Perth projects with a robust team of 12, showcasing 8 years of unparalleled excellence.
In 2015, Rowe Group took a strategic leap by introducing Proven Project Management as a distinct brand for our specialised Project Management services. Distinguishing itself from Rowe Group, Proven emerged with a small team of 4 Project Managers, driven by a singular goal – to harness our collective experience and deep market insights, ensuring attention to detail and an unparalleled service for our clients’ projects.
Eight years on, Proven Project Management has a tenacious team of 12 Project Managers, being the driving force of monumental ventures such as the $800 million Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment, Perth’s first Direct Factory Outlet (DFO), land development projects including The Leeuwin @ Witchcliffe and Atop Beeliar, various significant projects at Curtin University in both Perth and Kalgoorlie, and major infrastructure projects at the Australian Marine Complex (AMC).
Today, as we pause to reflect on our journey so far, we’re proud not only of our achievements, but also of the relentless drive and passion of our Proven team, that has cemented our reputation as one of Perth’s leading Project Management firms.
This Project commenced in 2015 and construction completed in October 2022. Proven Project Management in conjunction with Rowe Group (Town Planners) were engaged by AMP Capital though out this period.
Proven Project Management was involved in the project from late 2016 through to its completion in Sept 2018. We assisted the client through the completion of the design development and procurement stages eventually awarding Georgiou Group the design and construct contract. Construction completed ahead of programme in September 2018 and on budget.
Proven Project Management, having been involved in the project since inception, has coordinated the initial visioning, masterplanning and design process, and the subsequent design documentation and approvals process for Stage 1.
Proven Project Management is pleased to have assisted MLand’s as part of acquisition of 167 lot residential subdivision in Beeliar.
Proven Project Management was engaged to provide project management services throughout the delivery of a new dry fire detection and emergency warning system for a number of buildings at the Bentley Curtin University campus.
Proven Project Management have been engaged by Development WA to provide Project Management and Superintendent services during the design and construction of a 280m extension to Berth 1 at the Common User Facility (CUF) to enable two major Naval frigates to be berthed alongside at any one time.
