Works for the Shire of Dardanup’s new Library, Administration, and Community Centre are progressing on schedule, with roof finishes, external wall frames, door, and window installations underway.
This forward-thinking project inspired by the Shire is set for completion in early 2024, and sees collaboration between the Shire, Peter Hobbs Architects for design, Perkins Builders for construction, and Proven PM for project management. The construction, which kick-started at the dawn of this year, showcases the potential for cutting-edge, sustainable timber construction.
Once completed, the new building will house a library, council chambers, and an administration centre, as well as a Make-It Space. Additionally, it will offer mixed-use community spaces. This development is set to become a vibrant community hub, fostering collaboration, connection, and innovation.
