We’re excited to welcome two talented professionals to Proven Project Management!
First, a warm welcome to Jaida Adams, who has transferred internally from our Planning team at Rowe Group. With several years of hands-on planning experience, and significant exposure to residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, Jaida joins us with a strong understanding of statutory planning processes which will provide immediate benefit as she transitions into Project Management. Jaida has stepped into an Assistant Project Manager position and will initially be providing support within our land development portfolio. We’re excited to watch Jaida grow with us in her new position and change in career path!
We’re also thrilled to introduce and welcome Lynette Correia as a new Project Director. Lynette has over ten years of experience managing high-profile, high risk infrastructure and urban renewal projects, from strategic planning to construction. With a background in complex stakeholder engagement, contract management, and design, Lynette has worked on major projects in both Western Australia and Victoria, including Elizabeth Quay, Yagan Square and most recently upgrades to Marvel Stadium. Lynette’s significant experience in infrastructure and urban renewal projects will provide an immediate boost to our capability and capacity to deliver for our clients.
