We’re delighted to announce the following promotions:
Laura Wiseman has been promoted to Senior Project Manager in recognition of her strong leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects, predominantly within our Land Development portfolio. With qualifications in Property Development, Valuation and Chartered Accounting, Laura brings a well-rounded perspective to project delivery, supported by exceptional programme, budget, and stakeholder management skills. Her proactive approach to identifying risks and maintaining project certainty has made her a trusted leader within the team.
Ashley Standen-Howard has also been promoted to Senior Project Manager, reflecting his ability to successfully deliver complex projects across the education, sports, commercial and hospitality sectors. Since joining Proven, Ashley has demonstrated outstanding leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams through all stages of project delivery while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. His calm, solutions-focused approach continues to deliver excellent outcomes on every project.
Jaida Adams has been promoted to Project Manager, recognising her continued professional growth and contribution to our Land Development portfolio. As a qualified Urban Planner, Jaida brings valuable expertise to manage subdivision projects through the planning, design, approval, and construction, while confidently managing client relationships, coordinating consultants and overseeing project programmes and costs. Her promotion reflects the confidence she has earned through her commitment, capability, and collaborative approach.
