Proven Project Management kicked some major goals in the month of May.  Our Project Managers achieved the close out of three significant land subdivision projects in the Perth region.

Hamelin Park, Secret Harbour

Stage 1 of the coastal subdivision of Hamelin Park in Secret Harbour by M/Land achieved final clearances and approvals ahead of schedule and below budget. Hats off to the civil contractor, with the City of Rockingham commending the job by Bulletproof Civil as being one of the best PC’s held! Harmony Apartments, Cockburn Central

The complex and all involved high density residential subdivision comprising Stage 1 of the Harmony Apartments residential apartment development in Cockburn Central achieved final clearances and approvals with 20 days to spare! Our Project Manager achieved the “official Cockburn record for the fastest clearance where referral to other departments” was required.   Harvest Properties Development Manager, Brad Treasure’s testimonial says it all:

Colli Hardware, Kelmscott

The redevelopment of the former Colli Hardware site was also completed in May of this year. With difficult site conditions, Stage 1 of the staged subdivision was achieved seeing the transformation of this site into medium density residential housing lots.
