Taylor, tell us about your role at Proven Project Management and what you’re working on. I’m a Senior Project Manager and the Manager of Land Development at Proven. My day-to-day workload is diverse but primarily includes the management and delivery of land subdivision projects, including residential masterplanned communities. My role requires a comprehensive understanding of land development process, and includes managing teams of design consultants, tender and contract administration, negotiation of approval conditions, supervision of the clearance and titling process, and managing the usual metrics of project delivery including time, cost, risk, and quality. My previous experience as a Development Manager of land projects also allows me to provide additional value to our clients by assisting with project identification, due diligence, feasibilities and sales and marketing strategies.
