Last Friday, our teams swapped plans and laptops for a little chaos, creativity, and competition, hosting our very own Taskmaster style team building afternoon at the office.
Split into five teams, with everyone across the business getting involved, the challenges kicked off with a classic: moving an Oreo from forehead to mouth… no hands allowed. Safe to say, things escalated quickly.
From there, teams put their engineering skills to the test building paper towers strong enough to hold a marshmallow, before creativity took over with a fashion challenge designing outfits using toilet paper and aluminium foil, complete with a full runway show.
We wrapped up with a paper plane competition (some more aerodynamic than others) and a balloon challenge that brought out some very… imaginative creations.
Regardless of who took home the win, it was a great afternoon of laughs, teamwork, and a reminder that strong collaboration is built just as much outside the office as it is within it.
