We are excited to announce that Banh Mizzle has opened their doors for trade at Curtin Exchange.
Banh Mizzle is the creation of owner Khoa Mai who started Banh Mizzle in 2015 at the age of 23 with nothing but a passion for Vietnamese cuisine. You can view photos from Khoa’s journey through the Perth street food scene on walls of his store.
In our role as tenancy coordinators, Proven Project Management is coordinating the delivery of 14 tenancies at the Exchange Precinct. Tenancy Delivery at Exchange has been a complex process, with Proven coordinating tenancy design and fitout across three different buildings, with each tenant bringing their own architectural designer, services consultant, shopfitting teams and of course their own brand and design philosophy . These designs then had to be coordinated with the base building consultant teams to ensure each tenancy’s fitout was coordinated with the newly constructed buildings at Exchange.
After design, Proven coordinated the tenant’s shopfitter through safe fitout delivery in a live University environment, whilst assisting the tenant with council approvals and other such requirements as they prepared to trade.
This project was delivered by Project Manager’s Owen West and Dalux Chea who were delighted to receive their first Banh Mi from Khoa and enjoy the fruits of their hard work and effort over the last year.
We encourage you to drop into Exchange and try one of Khoa’s authentic Banh Mi for yourself.
