Proven Project Management is proud to be engaged by Anglischools as the Project Manager and Superintendents Representative for the St Marks Anglican Schools Redevelopment at their Hillary’s campus. EIW are the Architects and Cooktown Construction are the Builders for this project. Amy Brennan, Project Manager, and Rachel Thorogood, Senior Project Manager, from Proven Project Management are leading the project.
This redevelopment will take place over several stages, including new builds and refurbishments, ensuring minimal disruption to the campus. Stage 1 focuses on the construction of new maintenance and student amenity buildings. Future stages will see the development of a new sporting hall and the transformation of an existing sports pavilion into new teaching spaces.
The project offers a fantastic opportunity for St Marks to strengthen its public profile, foster community connections, and contribute to the Hillary’s area, aligning with the City of Joondalup’s public precinct plan. Notably, the completion of the new sporting hall will coincide with the school’s 40th anniversary celebrations.
