Under the expert guidance of Proven‘s Senior Project Manager, Rachel Thorogood, Hoskins Contracting is making remarkable progress on behalf of our valued client, Aigle Royal Group.
Our Proven Project Management team recently conducted a site tour to review the project, discussing the challenges of a contaminated site and strategies to keep the programme on track in a busy construction market.
Construction milestones include the completion of steel, roofing, shopfronts, canopies, glazing, and the ongoing installation of the premium aluminium panel façade. The team is now gearing up for the fit-out phases, with incoming tenants finalising their designs for seamless integration with Landlord works.
This new addition promises to be a hub of retail and culinary excellence, featuring some of Australia’s most sought-after large format retail and food and beverage offerings.
