Proven Project Management proudly announces the completion of Maudes Rise, a 34-lot residential subdivision in Hammond Park. This unique project features stunning views of a conservation wetland and surrounding bushland.
On behalf of our valued Clients, Proven Project Management is delighted to announce the successful completion of Maudes Rise in Hammond Park, with new certificates of titles having been recently issued for the 34-lot residential subdivision.
The project is uniquely positioned adjacent to a retained conservation category wetland, offering residents magnificent views over both the wetland and the surrounding protected bushland within the wetland buffer.
In our role as Project Manager, we closely managed all elements of design, approval, construction, and clearance/titling processes. The project included extensive earthworks (including significant volumes of import fill) and limestone retaining walls, alongside typical in-ground service installations and road construction. In addition, the interface between residential and the retained wetland was carefully managed through a rock-pitched/stabilised batter and revegetation fencing.
In addition to the civil works, the project also included landscape works for of a secluded pocket of public open space including irrigation, shade shelter, footpaths, drainage embellishment, and a kick-about turf area.
