Proven Project Management is pleased to welcome Ryan D’arcy and Laura Wiseman who have recently join our team.
Ryan D’arcy will be part of our team as Manager, he is a team-oriented specialist in project and construction management with more than 25 years in the construction industry. Ryan has experience in fit-out and new build projects across hotel, industrial, retail, commercial and residential sectors, in Australia and internationally (United Arab Emirates, China, UK and Finland).
Ryan’s trade and tertiary qualifications underpin a strong understanding of the entire construction value chain. He has a demonstrated ability to bring together this deep technical construction knowledge and project management know how to consistently deliver practical and considered solutions.
Laura will be part of our team as Assistant Project Manager, she is a qualified Chartered Accountant that’s bringing over 4 years of experience specialising in Business Recovery and general accounting services. Laura is currently studying Property Development and Property Valuation at Curtin University and throughout her studies has gained strong industry exposure to roles in both Property Valuation and Project Management.
Laura utilises her accounting expertise to efficiently manage project budgets and cashflows and continues to expand her project management skill set through the coordination of contractors and consultants across our land subdivision projects.
