Strong demand within the southwest property market has propelled Stage 1 of the Leeuwin Village estate in Witchcliffe into action.
Leeuwin Village is located to the north-west of Witchcliffe town, approximately 9km south of Margaret River. The estate, surrounded by native forest and featuring a distinct rural feel, will ultimately comprise over 250 lifestyle homesites. Since the estate’s launch in September 2021, the first 48-lots released within Stage 1 have proved to be popular choice with locals and weekenders alike.
Leeuwin Village has been designed to emphasise the natural features of the former blue gum plantation including generous pockets of retained natural bushland, a section of the Wadandi Track (formerly known as “Rails to Trails”) and a winding natural creek line.
Proven Project Management, having been involved in the project since inception, has coordinated the initial visioning, masterplanning and design process (led by our internal design division, Rowe Group Design) and the subsequent design documentation and approvals process for Stage 1, with assistance from our project team including WML Consulting Engineers, MNG and Emerge Associates.
Our focus has now turned to the management of onsite construction, with civil subdivisional works for Stage 1 having commenced in early 2022. South-west based civil contractors APH Contractors were awarded the works, with works completion and issue of titles expected in mid-2022.
We look forward to bringing this unique residential community to life, working alongside our Client, the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River and the Project Team.
