Proven Project Management has been engaged to deliver a new headquarters for minerals drilling company Wallis Drilling in Hazelmere, WA.
The project involves the construction of a 2-storey office building, three separate machine, maintenance, and assembly workshop buildings, as well as supporting infrastructure including washdown facilities, hardstand and laydown areas, staff amenities, carparking with electric vehicle charging and an ATU wastewater system, on a currently empty lot.
The project will see the consolidation of Wallace Drilling into a single premises from its current multiple sites. The manufacturing facility will provide Wallace Drilling with significant capacity to expand its drilling machine manufacturing business into the future.
Proven has been engaged since the project conception in 2020 and is providing comprehensive project management services on the project including all consultant procurement and coordination, completion of design development and documentation, and management of the project through the tender, construction, and close-out phases.
Given the diverse scope of work, a comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) standards, as well as regulatory requirements, is essential for successful project completion. Proven Project Management is collaborating closely with The Rowe Group to ensure all necessary approvals are secured without impeding the construction timeline.
