Proven Project Management delivered a 7-Eleven Service Station on the Corner of Baldivis Road and Fifty Road in Baldivis.
Proven delivered this new building acting in the Project Manager/ Superintendent role for client MGP Property. Proven was engaged at the inception of the project to coordinate the Development Approvals, initial design and run the tender process, leading to the appointment of Pitts Design & Construct on an amended AS4902 (General Conditions for Design and Construct) contract for the construction of the 7-Eleven.
Despite market conditions putting the project programme under duress, we were able to work collaboratively alongside Builder Pitts D&C to meet the delivery objectives of both our client and tenant, 7-Eleven.
