Then operating as Greg Rowe & Associates, we delivered our first major project management commission with the Port Kennedy Business Park, a 65-hectare industrial and commercial estate that laid the foundation for our future.
Over five years and nine land releases, we managed everything from subdivision approvals to civil works and infrastructure delivery. The project set a new benchmark for business park design in WA and firmly established Rowe Group’s reputation for delivering complex, high-impact developments.
While we had delivered several smaller education projects prior, it was during the early 2000s, as part of Greg Rowe & Associates, that our involvement in the sector truly gained momentum. Our long-term partnership with John Septimus Roe Anglican Community School in Mirrabooka and Beechboro became a cornerstone of this growth.
Over 15 years, we managed the design, refurbishment, and construction of major campus facilities including learning centres, performing arts spaces, science labs, and sports amenities, all while navigating live school environments, funding schedules, and academic calendars.
By the early 2010s, Greg Rowe & Associates’s project management division had delivered significant projects across WA, from residential subdivisions in Greenfields and Gwelup to landmark commercial builds like Halcyon House in West Perth.
We had already built strong relationships with educational institutions including the Australian Islamic College and St John’s Lutheran Church, while managing major retail redevelopments such as Rockingham City and Southlands Shopping Centre.
After nearly two decades of building momentum, Proven Project Management was launched in 2015, a milestone soon marked by our game-changing project, the Karrinyup Shopping Centre.

Proven Project Management (PPM) have been appointed as a Superintendent’s representative to project manage this project.
