Proven Project Management was engaged to act as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the redevelopment of the northern portion of the Phoenix Shopping Centre.
The development included the construction of an ALDI supermarket and an adjacent development comprising 3 specialty tenancies.
Overall, the project provided an additional 2,400m2 of retail floor space to the centre and activated the northern portion of the site.
