Proven Project Management was responsible for design management, project management and acted as contract Superintendent.
Effective design management allowed for detailed design documentation that resulted in an expedited builder procurement process and an outstanding tender result. Given the favourable tender result the School was able to achieve an additional specialist building.
During construction Proven constantly monitored the performance of the builder and despite a short program period, the builder completed the project prior to the commencement of the school year. Constructed facilities were delivered over several stages and included the following:
