Our office initially sought and received both development approval and subdivision approval for Stage 1 of the Harmony Apartments development at the corner of North Lake Road and Kentucky Court in Cockburn Central.
Stage 1 of the development included 77 residential apartments and 350m2 of commercial floors space.
Following the appointment of Pindan as the design and construct contract for the development and the substantial progression of the project our office assisted with the management of conditions to achieve clearance of the super lot subdivision. These works included the upgrade of Kentucky Court, matters relating to MRWA road widening and developer contributions.
