Proven Project Management, on behalf of our client M/Group, have been involved with the project since initial rezoning and continue to manage the delivery of staged development.
Practical completion was recently achieved on Stage 5, with titles expected to issue in early-May 2022. Stage 5 includes a total of 26 residential homesites, comprising a mix of 7.5m rear-loaded lots, and 12.5m/15m front loaded lots. Significant efforts were made to retain existing mature trees within the stage, which required significant redesign of service alignments to ensure the trees could be accommodated.
Our focus now turns to the final stage of development, Stage 3, which will include the final release of 15 lots at The Wedge. Construction for Stage 3 is expected to commence in May 2022, and we look forward to closing out another successful project for our client.
