This project involved the design and development of a 3 level, 2000m2 office complex in a difficult location in terms of access and construction logistics.
The project incorporated a 3 level office complex of some 2000m2.
Proven Project Management undertook the initial design “in house” but engaged an external architect for documentation. Effective design management was instrumental in ensuring that we were able to meet the client’s program aspirations. Conscious of the difficult location, in terms of access and construction logistics, Proven nominated a precast concrete and steel frame design solution, which ultimately allowed the shell of the three storey building to be constructed (to lock up and handover for fit out) in approximately eight months.
Proven Project Management undertook contract procurement and provided Project Manager Services to deliver a high quality modern office facility suitable for its own occupancy as well as other commercial leasehold tenancies.
