Our role commences with the detailed design of the stores to ensure 7-Eleven’s requirements are met and follows onto review of construction works to ensure the build is built to a high quality and on schedule.

Proven Project Management also assists with procurement of a fit-out contractor for the stores; overseeing fit-out and opening of stores. We provide regular reporting to 7-Eleven to advise on significant project risks and guide 7-Eleven Operations with timing of store openings to allow for co-ordination of staff and merchandising.

A key aspect of Proven Project Managements professional service is assistance with negotiating and mitigating the many challenges which are present in development of service stations. These include deep excavations in varying soil conditions including acid sulfate soils, extremely short construction durations coupled with long lead times in services connections and alterations to adjoining road intersections, median islands and slip lanes.

Proven Project Management also provide assistance in communication with local authorities including close out Development Approval conditions, all to ensure stores open on their scheduled dates allowing a smooth handover to 7-Eleven Operations and a successful start to trading for the store and 7-Eleven business.
