Proven Project Management was appointed by Development WA as Project Manager for AMC2 Deck Infill and Maritime Bollards Project.
The AMC2 project was a follow on from the initial Wharf Extension project. It commenced in February 2023 and is now completed as of December 2023. The project involved filling a section of the wharf to allow a far larger service area adjacent to berthed vessels.
The construction involved modification to the existing wharf, land-based and sea-side piles, precast trough beams, precast slabs, and a 250 mm thick topping slab. The project has finished ahead of the programme and within budget.
