Proven Project Management is pleased to have assisted MLand’s as part of acquisition of 167 lot residential subdivision in Beeliar.
The project includes four public open space areas, standard residential allotments, and medium density sites. The project includes significant earthworks remediation of uncontrolled fill and major retaining walls to support the undulating nature of the site. The project was delivered across 6 stages and was successfully completed in February 2022.
