Aurizon WA Strategy

The project included a review of existing office operational requirements, a review of existing compliance and upgrade requirements of the Rolling Stock and Clock Tower buildings at the Aurizon Forrestfield rail yards site, the preparation of concept designs options of a new office construction and a feasibility analysis of the various options available to Aurizon. 

As part of our role, we engaged a consultant team to undertake a detailed review of the existing site and of the concept options we produced.  our role was:

• to review all existing information;
• to understand various users needs (corporate, train staff, mechanics, office workers, etc)
• engage with stakeholders;
• to review existing building fabric;
• to prepare options for redevelopment and new development;
• to evaluate the options in detail and make a recommendation.
