The overall Capital Square project includes three major towers containing 30 office levels, 120 hotel rooms, 268 multiple dwellings with a podium containing a public plaza and 761 car parking bays. The project incorporates the creation of a landscaped public piazza and pedestrian connections.
The Capital Square project is a major redevelopment of the former Emu Brewery site in central Perth. The project includes a complex “super lot” subdivision arrangement, including 3D title arrangement and height controlled elements under the Kwinana Freeway. Stakeholder co-ordination has included the various elements of Main Roads WA, project consultants, builder, Client and legal representatives.
