Cityscape on Swan is a major mixed use development comprising 3,600m2 of commercial office floorspace, 18 luxury residential apartments and a significant highway road realignment / construction project.
The project incorporated two towers of 5 and 8 storeys.
Proven was appointed to assist in the management of the delivery of the project part way through building construction, after a number of contractual disputes had arisen. Entering into a project part way through construction presented a number of challenges which required auditing of completed works, reviewing scopes and interviewing past and present contractors and consultants. Proven developed new work briefs and packages together with the Client; identified outstanding works; prepared feasibilities; undertook contract negotiation and administration; identified and managed defects; and finally confirmed practical completion.
Proven also managed the strata titling process of the built form, which included managing parking allocations, unit entitlement arrangements, after hours sharing of car bays and cross easements in a complicated mixed use strata development.
