Proven Project Management was appointed by Curtin University as Project Managers and Superintendent to the Fire Alarm Detection and EWIS Replacement for buildings 402, 204 & 300 at the Curtin University Bentley campus.
The project was successfully completed in May 2023 following a thorough tender analysis period resulting in multiple contractors completing the project. To ensure safety and business continuity this project required specialist consultation and extensive stakeholder discussion. Comprehensive meetings and diligent documentation control were key factors in the successful delivery of this project.
