EarthEX Logistics engaged Proven Project Management initially to assist with the necessary approvals for a subdivision to allow for the company’s proposed Service and Washdown Facility.
Once this task was completed, our role was extended to the coordination of the design and approvals process for the facility. Furthermore, we guided the Client through the Owner Builders Licence requirements.
Once approvals were obtained, Proven Project Management assisted in a construction advisory role, with the day-to-day site management undertaken by the Client. Following completion of the facility, Proven was re-engaged to coordinate the lodgement and receipt of the Occupancy Permit for the newly completed structure.
In addition to the above project, separately we coordinated and obtained a Building and Occupancy Permit for an existing Caretakers Dwelling which had been constructed without a valid approval.
