Proven Project Management was commissioned to manage this project by ANZ which included 8 residential apartments in Balga, WA.
Proven was engaged when the project construction was 30% complete. The basis of our engagement saw Proven’s project manager assist to re-align the project with client time and budget parameters. The construction of the apartments from this stage saw an array of rectification and design modification works to achieve the final finished product.
Despite the difficult environment we were introduced to, we assisted the client to complete revised construction programmes and cost assessments of contractor claims to accurately track the project progress toward completion. The Fieldgate Square Apartments stand as a testament to our ability to overcome challenging circumstances and re-configure construction projects to be on time and on budget, providing positive outcomes that exceed our clients’ expectations.
