Glenfield Beach Estate

A total of 212 lots were then developed after earth working 1.8 million cubic metres of coastal dune. The key processes and experiences of this project included:

• manage implementation of conditions of subdivision approval
• procure, appoint and co-ordinate project team
• manage cost control, feasibility reporting and progress payment certificates for contractors
• co-ordinate with marketing initiatives
• 252 residential lots created
• 1.8m cubic meters of coastal dune earth working
• introduction of new technique for stabilising the sand dunes in Geraldton so that preliminary works could be undertaken outside of the summer “moratorium” on subdivision construction
• major water main extension
• major road upgrades
• significant landscape beautification of the estate
