Proven Project Management is pleased to have been part of MLand’s acquisition and development of the Hamelin Park residential estate in Secret Harbour.
The 67 lot subdivision was one of the last premium development parcels in the Anstey Park area.
Proven Project Management helped secure the WAPC subdivision approval, early works approvals for clearing and demolition as well as ensuring UXO searching was completed to the Department of Fire and Emergency Services satisfaction. Developer Contribution arrangements were resolved and project feasibility, cost control, communication management and risk mitigation part of the project management service.
An early contractor partnering approach was undertaken in the design phase, with bulk earthworks conducted across the site in one stage and three detailed design and construction phases all completed. The public parkland has been developed and the estate full accessible to the community.
