Working with an educational organisation presents a number of unique challenges. In addition to the financial and timing constraints, the projects are dictated by funding procurement, the school year, and the need to ensure that classroom and other facilities remain operational during construction.

The refurbishment and construction projects included the following:

  • Improved parking space and access
  • New Technical Drawing and Design Studio Building
  • New Performing Arts Centre and upgrade to Drama Centre and music facilities
  • New Administration Centre
  • Library refurbishment and construction of new library
  • New Middle School and Senior School Buildings
  • New Science Centre
  • Canteen and dining facilities refurbishment and extension
  • General Classroom refurbishment and construction
  • New enclosed Learning Centre
