Proven Project Management has managed the design process through to construction of the Kenby Heights residential subdivision project.
The project includes 71 residential lots, road upgrades and parkland in an emerging growth area in Perth’s south-western corridor. The project has been constructed in one stage and will be titled progressively over three stages.
Proven’s Project Manager has co-ordinated with adjacent developers on service extensions and shared construction works.
