The project involved the development of 5 levels of luxury residential apartments.
Our role included;
- The coordination of all statutory authority approvals and, in this particular case, achieve approvals for over height development,
- Project management, including contractor procurement,
- Coordination of all specialist sub-contractors (generally finishing trades) and sub-consultants,
- Superintendent’s role,
- Coordination of the strata title process through the Local Council (City of South Perth) and Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC). Our role extended to the delivery of not only the built outcome, but also individual “whole of floor” strata titles and communal recreation facilities (roof top).
