Proven Project Management managed the implementation of the subdivision at St Michaels residential care facility which currently facilitates a nursing home and 14 independent living units.
The works included demolition, services installation and other construction works in order to achieve fire compliance and create a second “freehold” lot.
The project incorporates design coordination through to construction contract administration tasks. Within the design process Proven worked closely with the City of Vincent to gain relevant approvals to see the appropriate design outcomes achieved.
Proven successfully coordinated all design tasks in preparation for construction.
