The appointment of Proven by Vicinity Centres was to carry out project management and tenancy coordination services to expand Rockingham Centre by delivering four new food and beverage tenancies as well as implementing a landscape Masterplan to the extent of Syren Street.
Our role included project management of base build construction works that delivered four new food and beverage tenancies providing an additional 1,290m2 of retail floor space. Works for an initial three tenancies reached practical completion on 6 April, 2016. A fourth tenancy was completed in August, 2016.
Tenancy coordination of the fitout works was also undertaken to ensure lease obligations were met and trading dates were successfully achieved.
Coordination of works relating to the implementation of a landscape Masterplan with the objective to reinvigorate the streetscape of Syren Street was commenced in December, 2015 and these works were completed in August, 2016.
