Swan Valley Anglican Community School

Proven assisted in the development of the new School Chapel and a two storey Science Building incorporating 3 science labs. The Chapel was constructed to accommodate a congregation of 350, with the ability to cater for an additional 250 seats on a temporary basis during special events.

Proven Project Management undertook extensive value management engineering in conjunction with the project Quantity Surveyor to ensure the design met budget. Proven developed a design solution that retained the ability to expand the science building as funding became available yet ensured the project was able to proceed based on its current funding and cost parameters. Proven acted as an effective conduit between the Client and the architect to secure a number of unique building design elements including greater energy efficiency and space creation.
