Proven Project Management assisted M/Group with its successful acquisition of The Wedge project in Wellard. Having managed the project through rezoning and structure planning phase, Proven was well placed to inform the due diligence process. The near wetland environment of the project has required geotechnical remediation across the site to deliver Class A sites. An extensive parkland has been constructed including a playground and drainage basin to support the 116 residential lots and child care centre. Lot sizes range from 375m2 to 450m2 and includes a row of laneway lots. Interface management, including with a relocated City of Kwinana drainage basin, has required careful planning throughout the project. The residential lots are being delivered across 5 stages, with Stage 1 delivering the Estate Entry wall and Bertram Road intersection upgrades.
