Woodside appointed Proven Project Management to assist with the preparation of Regulatory Approval and Compliance Plans (RACP’s) for upcoming projects in Perth and Karratha, encompassing a significant number of compliance areas.
The RACP’s were prepared to identify required approvals and compliances for each project including the risks associated with the required approvals to support key investment decisions.
Our role involved extensive desktop research, supported by engagement with relevant stakeholders including internal Woodside subject matter experts and specialised external consultants where knowledge gaps were identified.
