Proven Project Management was engaged to act as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the construction of a new retail development at Banksia Grove.
The development consisted of a Woolworths Supermarket and 12 specialty tenancies. Overall, the project provided 6,000m2 of retail floor space to the area of Banksia Grove. The project reached final completion in December 2017.
