Proven Project Management was engaged to act as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the construction of a new retail development within the Butler town centre.
The development consisted of a Woolworths Supermarket, Dan Murphy’s Liquor Store and 30 specialty tenancies. Overall, the project provided 10,000m2 of retail floor space to the Butler townsite.
The project was delivered over a number of separable portions with the Dan Murphy’s and ‘on-grade’ parking delivered first, the Woolworths store and adjacent specialties second and the external specialties including food and beverage offerings being the third and final separable portion. The project was procured through a design and construct route. Part of the project scope was the preparation of a serviced pad site for future development which was 27,000m2.
The project reached final completion on time and on budget in March 2018.
