Proven Project Management was engaged to act as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the construction of a new retail development at Mt Pleasant on behalf of Fabcot Pty Ltd being the property development arm of Woolworths.
The development consists of a Woolworths Supermarket, 4 commercial tenancies and 2 levels of basement parking. The project will provide 2,500m2 of retail floor space to the area of Mt Pleasant. The project reached final completion in June, 2019.
The project was delivered through a design and construct procurement route. Proven worked closely with the builder, ADCO Constructions, to ensure that the developed design was completed in accordance with the Woolworths brief and incorporated a number of value engineering initiatives offered as part of the tender.
Woolworths Mt Pleasant is the third Fabcot Development managed by Proven Project Management which was completed on time and on budget.
