Lynette’s experience encompasses procurement and contract management, construction interface, complex stakeholder engagement and coordination of multiple interfacing works programs including within compressed timeframes.
Lynette has also undertaken strategic planning involving land assembly, governance and statutory approvals, asset management planning, operational planning and works programs to successfully deliver project outcomes.
