Proven Project Management is proud to celebrate the opening of Avolta’s new Duty Free store at Perth Airport, the culmination of a year long collaboration between Avolta, Perth Airport, Byte Construct, Geyer, and the Proven team.
Led by Project Director Gavin Tucker, with Mark Touhey and Bethany Garside, the project involved a complex, multi-stage fit-out delivered within a live terminal environment. Proven’s role spanned project management, superintendent services and brand coordination, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure construction milestones were met with minimal disruption to airport operations.
The result is a modern, world-class retail experience that enhances Perth Airport’s international terminal and reflects Avolta’s global design vision.
This milestone adds to Proven’s growing portfolio of airport and retail projects, reinforcing our reputation for delivering high quality outcomes in dynamic, operational settings, and comes as the business marks its 10 year anniversary of trusted project delivery across Western Australia.
