Jaida holds a qualification in Urban and Regional Planning with several years of practical experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Jaida has a comprehensive understanding of statutory planning processes and managing projects through to development and subdivision approval.
Jaida utilises her planning expertise to efficiently manage client and industry stakeholder relationships whilst continuing to expand her project management skills through ongoing management of project cost control, development programmes, and project consultants and contractors across our land development portfolio.
